Retreat for Leaders - Sep/Oct

Leadership can be demanding, and many leaders spend so much time caring for organizations, teams, and families that they rarely have the opportunity to turn their attention inward. This retreat creates space to do exactly that. Through two facilitated psilocybin journeys, an intentional integration day, and honest conversation with a small group of fellow leaders, participants are invited to explore the patterns, beliefs, and ways of being that shape their lives. Together, we examine what may no longer be serving us, reconnect with what matters most, and cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves. While many participants gain valuable perspective on their leadership, the heart of the retreat is personal: creating the space for meaningful inner work, healing, growth, and greater alignment in how we live.
