I spent fifteen years building Fully into a $100M company, before its acquisition by Knoll and later Herman Miller. What I didn't expect was how hard the period after would be. I hadn't realized how much of my identity was wrapped up in the company I'd built.

Psilocybin met me in that place in a way 25 years of meditation practice alone hadn't. It helped set me on the path I'm on now: coaching leaders, facilitating psilocybin work individually and in groups, and helping train emerging facilitators as a Lead Educator with InnerTrek.
