Work With Me
Three paths to grounded leadership and clarity: executive coaching, private psilocybin sessions, and multi-day group retreats.
Coaching
Most leaders don't need another framework. They need someone who's actually sat in the seat.
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with founders, CEOs, and senior leaders, people who've built something real and are now standing at the edge of what got them there. Many of my clients come to me in the middle of a transition: scaling past where instinct alone can carry them, preparing to sell or step back, or finding their footing again after they already have.
WHAT BRINGS PEOPLE TO THIS WORK
The people I work with rarely start out saying "I need a coach." More often, it's a leadership team that's stopped being honest with each other. A founder who looks successful from the outside and feels quietly lost on the inside. Someone standing at the edge of an exit, a burnout, or a decision that's bigger than the version of themselves currently trying to make it.
WHAT WE FOCUS ON
I don't lead with generic frameworks, and you're not getting a worksheet for the sake of having one. The work is usually some combination of getting honest about what's actually happening—in the business, on the team, and in you. From there, it's building the capacity to lead under real pressure without losing yourself in it, and learning to make decisions from a more grounded, less reactive place.
MY APPROACH
I ran a company through fifteen years of real decisions, real growth, and a real exit, so none of this is theoretical for me. I bring an operator's read on your situation, not just a coach's. That's paired with more than 25 years of my own meditation practice, which shapes how I listen and how I help you slow down enough to see more clearly what is actually happening, without judgment or unnecessary drama. For clients who are interested and for whom it's appropriate, psilocybin work can also be a separate part of the broader process. I'm a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon and Colorado, and that work can open a different kind of inquiry than coaching alone. It's never required.
WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE
We start with a single conversation, no pitch, just a chance to see if this feels like the right fit for both of us. From there, most engagements run four to six months, long enough to make real shifts, short enough that we don't turn it into something you're still doing out of habit two years from now. We'll know when the work is done.
Psilocybin Sessions
Some of the most important work happens when no one else is in the room.
WHO THIS WORK MAY BE FOR
I work with business leaders navigating the pressures that come with the territory, but I also work with a wider range of people: those in the LGBTQ community, people moving through significant life transitions, those living with high levels of anxiety, and people with histories of addiction. If you're wondering whether this work might be right for you, that's enough to begin a conversation.
READINESS AND FIT
Not everyone is ready for this work, and part of my job is helping you find out, honestly, before you commit to anything. Every private session begins with a screening conversation to understand your history, your intentions, and whether this is the right fit and the right time. If it isn't, I'll tell you, and I'll help you think about what might be.
HOW WE PREPARE
Before your session, we meet for two 90-minute planning conversations. We'll talk through your intentions, your history, and what to expect, and I'm available for questions in between. Preparation isn't about trying to control what happens. It's about building enough trust, context, and internal steadiness that you can meet what does. By the time we sit down together for your session, you should feel like you know what's coming, even if you can't fully know what you'll experience.
WHAT THE SESSION ITSELF INVOLVES
Sessions take place at a licensed facility in Oregon, within the state's regulated framework for legal psilocybin services. I'm with you for the entire experience, start to finish. This isn't an experience where someone checks in on you periodically. I'm present with you throughout.
INTEGRATION
The work doesn't end when the session does. We meet twice afterward to help you process and integrate what came up, so you have the space to understand what felt meaningful and consider how, if at all, you want to carry it into your life.
LICENSING AND EXPERIENCE
I'm a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon, where I currently focus my private session work. I'm also licensed in Colorado, and I've personally facilitated more than 400 individual and group psilocybin experiences.
Retreats
There’s a kind of honesty that only shows up when you’re not the only one in the room being honest.
Of everything I do, this is closest to my heart. There's something about a psychedelic experience in a group that simply isn't available in the same way one-on-one. When people enter that space together, the group can become part of the medicine. The sum really is bigger than the parts.
WHO THIS WORK IS FOR
Retreats can be powerful for leadership teams, EO and YPO forums, and groups of individuals who want to enter this work in community rather than alone. A well-held group can offer mirrors, connection, challenge, and a kind of collective courage that's difficult to create in individual work.
THE RETREATS I LEAD
Through Odyssey, I design and lead multi-day group retreats in Oregon, including the Retreat for Leaders, Meditation/Psilocybin retreats, and Odyssey's flagship group retreats. I also lead the facilitation teams that support each retreat. Retreats typically run four to six days and include one or two psilocybin journeys, depending on the program. Because these retreats are hosted through Odyssey, applications and enrollment are handled directly through their site. I also lead retreats with other organizations from time to time. Applications and current dates for those are available directly on their respective websites.
MY APPROACH
Group work asks for something different than individual work. I design and hold the group container across preparation, administration, and integration, with real attention to trust, group dynamics, and participant safety. That begins well before the retreat and continues into the work that follows it. A retreat only works if the group actually becomes a group, not just a room of individuals who happened to take the same journey on the same weekend.
